Michal Novák

1996, Karlovy Vary

Sprint or distance, he performs great at any track. He has made huge steps forward since his first appearance at the World Cup in 2016 in Nové Město na Moravě. He can be proud of amazing results from the last season as silver medal from U23 World Championship or 14th place from the World Championship in Falun. Thanks to his hobbies – programming and physics – he can look like a nerd but he is actually a very amusing person. He believes the home world cup is a fantastic opportunity to popularize cross-country skiing in the Czech Republic.
